The Refresher package consists of monthly 45 min. sessions with the previous participants in their chosen Program. Choose 3, 6 or 12 months.
Refresher package help keep the shifts in work culture towards a positive and supportive work environment going through shorter sessions. These are targeted around specific issues or challenges that were not resolved in time during the program.
Our Programs are designed to customise 'Play with Purpose' applied improvisation concepts for individual work teams through our Improv@Work™ programs. And the programs help shift work culture, and how individuals communicate and collaborate. Without regular practice times, many of the concepts will be diluted over time and 'old ways' will return, albeit at a lower level than before.
Our Refresher package provides more sessions, shorter and targeted around specific issues or challenges that were not resolved in time during the program.
Each session is 45 min. with the same participants from the program, and occur once a month. They are also priced affordably, so the changes made in the Program can continue.
