Taste the possibilities of improvisation, and try before you buy
One 40 minute session • over Video Software (anywhere) or in person (Sydney) • up to 12 participants • from one or many teams
WHAT YOU GET TO TASTE
Your teams may be struggling in the current Omicron climate, and there’s a need in our present economic climate to keep or attract new buyers quicker with more success.
So which training program can you turn to? After many of them, people generally forget what they learn within two weeks, they’re not much fun, and there’s just not as much time or budget to get the promised results. So most business’s hack through with what they got, hoping for the best.
Instead, improvisation’s effect being immediate and deep, gets your team up to speed quicker to connect better with customers.
WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR 40 MINUTE SHORT INTRO SESSION
Yes, it is a short session. However, people do get a taste and insight into a more peaceful work environment, and see how to:
- connect better with other team members and buyers,
- listen deeper to colleagues and customers,
- deal with adversity or change better,
- better focus on who is in front of them,
- collaborate more willingly, or
- trust each other more.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE TASTER SESSION
Introduction to two concepts of improvisation and their exercises/games
Insight into how the concepts apply to your workplace
The type of results you would get by applying the concepts
Time to run through the two games/exercises
Reflection time by participants on how to apply what they learnt
At the end of the session, one enthusiastic person gets a copy of both E/Gs, and can take on the role within the team of leading the team through one or both E/Gs.
Is there any follow-up from the Taster session?
Yes. We survey participants before and after, and note what effect the Taster session had in shifting behaviour and/or actions. We then present the results afterwards.
Is there an obligation to pay once the Taster is over?
No. You may see specific areas that need work on after the Taster, and taking part in a longer program may be relevant.
What normally is the cost of your Program?
We charge $850 per session for a 3-week session and $750 for a 4-week session.
Post-program work on further shift behaviour are additional extras are much less in cost and time.
What if my teams are not directly customer-facing?
They deal with others in the organisation, and improv is about people relationships, So this would suit them as well. The health of the organisation is essential for keeping good customers coming back.
