TEAM RELATIONSHIP FRAMEWORK

On its own or part of the series, uncovering the unspoken team dynamics explains well the why and how of poor or average communication, and then look at what can fix it.

1 mapping session • 45-90 minutes • in-person (Sydney) or remote (other locations) • 1-2 decision-makers

PLUS Heavily recommended: interview up to 25% of staff • in-person or remote

YOU RECEIVE:

  • Visual team relationship map of between and within teams
  • Overview of a relevant improv activity to overcome issue
  • Report on the workplace climate

FOUNDATION PROGRAM

Through LAB practice (listening, accepting, building) get your people laughing, having fun together, motivational, and building skills in instant rapport.

Can use as a reward for staff, or a first stage in changing mindsets and bringing people closer together (particularly if they’ve been a remote team).

 

3 sessions or one half day for min. 6 people per Group.

YOU RECEIVE:

  • 1-2 strategy sessions to getting to the outcomes quicker
  • Up to 15 applied improvisation activities
  • Before/after post-session survey results
  • ZChoice of one elective

NEUROPLAY PROGRAM

Advancing LAB further into more complex situations, and building deeper bonds between staff of the same or different teams. Cultivating a grow mindset and creating a more comprehensive ‘Service from the Heart’ culture.

N/Play increases staff’s love of their job and workplace, decreases conflict points, and shifts customer service.

Min. 6 people for any number of in-person (Sydney) or remote groups

YOU RECEIVE:

  • Up to 4 more 90 min. sessions per Group
  • Up to 40 more applied improvisation activities
  • Before/after post-session survey results
  • ZChoice of two more more electives
  • Various Insight Reports tailored to your needs

MAINTENANCE

Assessing shifts in teams, customer service, and culture, we establish consistent practices to uphold gains from NeuroPlay.

This includes integrating a ‘Train the Trainer’ skillset and periodic, ad-hoc, or scheduled refreshers for continual enhancement.
